  Nice seller, shipped the next day. USPS took their time, and none arrived alive, but the box was great - foil lined and insulated, well padded and didn’t leak. When I contacted him about the unfortunate arrival, he promptly refunded my money -

  Fish was delayed and arrived dead in Alaska. Temperature was fine but it was the fact that it took 2 weeks that the fish died. However judging the bag it looks like it was dead early in the shipping perhaps even before. Raised my suspicion and when I contacted the seller about it I got no response. The packaging was very nice but was an unusual DOA. I would not buy live fish from the seller, especially since they fail to communicate.

  suggestion - use higher cost shipping for much shorter transit time. the package that arrived after 5 days bouncing through the usps system was dead, waterless, gross. If a person is shopping ebay for live animals they should expect to pay expedited shipping rates. Partial refund extended after pressing. thank you for that.
