Surprisingly Powerful!
I was skeptical that at 20 volts it would have adequate power, but it does! And it is not heavy -- much lighter than 40 volt models I've tried. This is light enough that my wife has no trouble using it. Like other WORX products, the build quality appears excellent. Came with two batteries, so no problem finishing my large yard before recharging. This was a good purchase!

No SP3 blues!
Just what I needed to avoid the hassle of installing XP then having to add SP3. Very helpful, and the CD worked flawlessly.

Great cleaning tool!
Terrific product! Great for small to medium cleaning jobs. Bought a 2nd battery to extend the run time (typically 20 minutes). I usually hook to my garden hose for cleaning jobs. If I were to change something, I'd give it a bit more pressure, but it's fine for 90% of my jobs.
