I'm a retired, disabled, US Navy Veteran, trying to do things before I'm no longer able. Grew up 'down south' riding dirt bikes (motorcycles) everywhere in the wilds and wilderness of the Smokey Mountains. Now, displaced to the Upper, West, Midwest, I'm experiencing another life that I never knew existed. Why? Because I'm living in 'Snowville,' riding snowmobiles, plowing snow and fishing on (thin) ice - except in the 3 days we get for summer, it seems!

Canon HG10
The Canon HG 10 is a 'work horse' for quality HD video capture. It has an internal hard drive of 40GB and a mini SD slot for still pictures. It captures AVCHD format to the hard drive which can be converted to MP4 easily. These AVCHD video files are compatible with editing software like AVS4YOU and NERO. Each of these software packages can import the AVCHD files for editing up to 1080i quality video format.
A lot of newer video camera's have an SD card for video capture, and unless you purchase a very expensive camera, the video can be jerky and not smooth. In addition, it can be grainy and not clear. Because the Canon HG10 has a hard drive, the captured video is extremely smooth and image quality is exceptional. In HD mode the Canon HG10 can capture over 4+ hours of video. You cannot get that with a SD card!
If you want to capture and keep precious moments in your life, make sure you will be happy with the quality of the video you get. It is not the size of the camera that matters, it is quality of the image it keeps. Even though the Canon HG10 is an older model, you will not be disappointed in its capabilities and quality.

Excellent Graphic Card
I have an older i7 motherboard and this was the fastest graphic card it could support. I had to modify my case to get it installed, but it is well worth it. I finally have the graphics that are excellent for my PC games and my video editing. I would recommend this product to anyone that really wants to have a high end graphics card operating in their computer.
