Don't tell......
Love the product! BUT - If you call for support and they ask you where you purchased it on eBay - the will not talk to you! If you tell them Amazon, they want the receipt, they want the number.
If you have used any other type of software like this, you most likely will not need any support. The price is well worth the small amount of extra effort you need to use to get your question answered.

Poor, very poor
What can I say, 'you get what you pay for' - looses files, cannot open VLC video files! Moved 5GB worth of video to it and 35% could not be opened. Did this on more than one of these drives, same results! Really cheap and it shows.
