I have been shopping with eBay for a few years now this is the first time that I have an issue and I can’t seem to get any assistance from them. I’m desperate I don’t know where to turn to and how to get eBay’s attention based on my experience. I have not received my item even though it’s saying delivered. I’m an international buyer and have a skybox address so an item can be marked as delivered and I don’t receive it which is the case today. Can eBay please assist?

👎crazy!!! Opened false claim against me that eBay closed in my favor. Has been harassing me via message center for over a month. Demands help I cannot give and does not understand when I explain why it is not possible. I had package delivered to address they provided and then they wanted me to find it when they claimed to not receive it.

Great buy! Won’t recommend because of no pencil holder
