Does actually what it advertises it will do. Lightweight and simple. Fits my 10x12 plates perfectly. May be a bit snug if I added a trauma pad.

Phantom decal is nice
Pretty easy to apply really. It make take several tries to get it aligned the way you want it but the vinyl decals are tough and won't tear with normal handling. My decal was pretty good but the number decals for numbering your batteries was not stamped on center. So, they were not usable. That is a quality control issue. The rest of the decal was okay.
