Good value and works well.

By default a 'power saving' feature is turned on. This powers down the devices after 5 minutes with no Ethernet traffic. But if you need to you can turn this off. You'll need to download and install the TPLink Utility from the TPLink website. Run the utility, select Advanced settings, select Mode and move the slider-switch button to the Off position, then Save.
