Very Functional.
1 of 1 found this helpful This pretty good by my book, given the price. It can carry our two bikes fairly close in behind the car. We have no anxieties as to its stability, and have tried it out on various trips across Scotland.
It's made of steel, and as such is a fair lug, but certainly not unmanageable. The light clusters are unnecessary for us as the car's lights are mounted high, but the number plate IS obscured. Mounting a plate on this rack is a bit of a pain, but can be done with a bit of tweaking (and grumpy muttering).
All in all, I'm happy to give this a generous pass mark.
