Could not get it to work using both iOS and Android, it's been a well known issue for years now.
1 of 3 found this helpful Terrible app implementation, I have several other smart home applications around the apartment, but Wemo almost acts like it's made to frustrate the user with its lack of feedback and error codes as it continuously fails to bridge a connection between the Smart Plug and the iOS or Android phone/tablet.
I got two on a very good sale, but that means nothing if they simply don't work. Don't waste your time or money, and stay away from this company.
