    The Ty Beanie was exactly what I expected & Nicky came neatly wrapped with a handwritten inspection note..all very impressive! A “thank you” handwritten note was also enclosed on the invoice which reflected the price breakdown. The seller also included a color printed page of pictures showing other products related to Valentine suggestions. Very nice overall & to include that personal touch. 👌
