A compassionate and well-rounded narrative from both the psychologist and the Troop, giving a realistic and clear view into the dissociative mind.
I have dissociative identity disorder, and never have I read a more relatable and professionally compelling piece of literature that explores the intraciacies behind this condition from such a personable level. Both the psychologist and the authors do a great job of portraying the "why" and "how" behind DID, and it creates such a compassionate narrative that allows the reader to truly understand the nature of DID and how it changes an individuals entire existance, yet, often, remains covert while doing so.
The book was in fine condition and there was no significant damage, and the price was ridiculously cheap for such a great piece of literature. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
