Not ideal
With the entire front open the iPod is not as protected. If dropped face down scratching etc can occur. Definitely would not purchase again,

Don't believe what you see.
These lenses change the colors: the sky is a drab greenish, pinks are orange, some greens are blue, aqua is green, yellows are mostly white, some blues are black... The color changing makes what you see toned down drab and subdued in a melencoly sort of way. If you like nature and its colors or like to see things naturally and know what colors you are really seeing, then these are not the best choice. They are however, great at showing glaring brightness in a non blinding manner. They are mostly comfortable. They have a rubber gripper that sits inside the part of the frame that sits right behind your ear. It frequently grabs my long hair when taking them off. They are for smaller heads, I can fit kids glasses on and am use to wearing sunglasses all the time, these squeeze quite tightly above ears and turn sore a few hours in. A benefit of this tight fit, they do not slide, shift position while wearing nor slip off when looking downwards. The quality is sturdy and nice. The pouch to put in, nothing special to note. If these lenses did not change natural colors so drastically and in a melencoly kind a way then, I would give 5 stars.
