    the package was short a key item the cell phone holder I contacted seller and he said he would check his inventory and ship out the missing part that day I have not heard any more from seller and he does not answer any more inquires from me about a week ago what do i do to correct???? solve ??

    We sent out a whole entire second tripod WITH the mobile mount. The components included with the second tripod are compatible with the first one we sent. The only difference is the length, but you can use any of the attachments with either tripod.

    Ordered the GD-R 12 remote, a GD-R11 remote was shipped. Tried several times to contact the seller, no response. Initiated a return through eBay. Ordered the correct remote from another seller. Hopefully this one will come as ordered. Will not do business with previous seller again.
