Absolutely useless.

It constantly disconnects; works for 10 minutes, then disconnects and reconnects 15 times in the span of a minute. Firmware update did not fix it. Research reviews and you'll find it's a widespread issue for which Razer doesn't publish a real solution. The sound quality is fine, nothing spectacular.
