The way it was shipped was horrible, there was a small amount of bubble wrap around the main statue inside a larger box, which allowed a lot of movement within the box. This allowed the statue to move freely in the box which meant major breakage. I think that this statue is irreparable. How do we get a refund?

Dongle is way too loose.
I bought this for ten bucks thinking it was a steal but it's really just a hassle. A big David Hasselhoff.
The dongle adapter is not only loose when put in the micro USB port but the dongle itself is loose too and doesn't even snap into place making it useless to even have.
Having to connect the dongle every time I want to charge my controller is literally the same amount of effort as just plugging my controller into the ps4 to charge so it really defeats the purpose.
I bought a Nyko charge block solo afterwards and it snaps into place real tight so that you can leave the dongle on the controller like it's supposed to do to save you time and effort.
