I am a bit concerned with the quality. Imagine a so met being welded to a metal piece but onlyhalf the socket it welded. I would have celt more comfortable using if the weld went all around the socket. Can’t shake the thought of the weld failing while i have my hands working in that area.

You get what you pay for.
Unfortunately I had a few issues. 1st being that that packaging foam escaped the plastic bag, and it adhered itself to one of the headlights so it took some time to scrape that off. 2nd I had to make a few adjustments to get the my main headlight bulb to fit. I had cut away some excess metal that prevented the bulb from going in all the way, or from even turning into the locking position. My last issue that is the amount of force it takes to turn and seal the bulbs, I’ve replaced other headlights before and I’ve always been able to just use my hands to turn the bulb but for some of these there was no way I was able to it that way. I had to use some pliers and carefully turn. It was just a scary thought of putting that pressure from the pliers on the end part of the bulb, where even with the socket it was pretty tough to turn. Perhaps it’s by design but since not all of them where like that I doubt it. On the positive the final product does look nice. And i got lucky at the end because the alignment looks really good already but that was just eyeballing it I’ll need to properly measure it to see how it is.
