Very good machete to trim unwanted branches

It is a very well made, heavy machete. Although it is not razor sharp, it works great after a little bit sharpening. Easily recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous

A great, razor sharp blade (almost). It looks absolutely gorgeous, very well made. Wooden handle feels great and even its box can be used as a display box as well. Metal of the blade has top notch quality. There are few minor issues though. Mid-section of the blade is not razor sharp so it required some sharpening to reach razor-sharpness like the rest of the knife. Back of the knife is not very thick so this design makes it a little bit lighter than other chef knives. The Japanese letters on the knife are crudely engraved, hardly readable and looks quite bad. In summary, if you like Japanese knives where is made in Japan, this one is a great option. Strongly recommended
