When opening box the cookie jar and lid where package next to each other and tightly against box side. This causing cookie jar bowl to have nowhere for pressure to go except onto cookie jar. Seller blames me for breaking it when opening it. Wife and daughter were present and clearly saw the poor packaging with the broken pieces. Though we cannot replace the product, we did offer to send a similar product with no response.

LOVE MY ARC!!
I will use no other filing system, organizing system, planner system, or notebook system than an ARC. With most other brands once the paper comes out it cannot go back in ... NOT SO with an ARC. It has an amazing hole system which allows the papers to easily be taken out and replaced back in. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY ARC!
