  I received cookie jar base that was broken up in many pieces. When opening box the cookie jar and lid where package next to each other and tightly against box side. This causing cookie jar bowl to have nowhere for pressure to go except onto cookie jar. Seller blames me for breaking it when opening it. Wife and daughter were present and clearly saw the poor packaging with the broken pieces. Do to improper packaging job and not double boxing for ceramic products.Buyers beware of this seller!

  Buyer sent photo of broken canister base with packaging materials; however, the photo illustrated only partial shipping materials used. We pride ourselves on our shipping as evident in ALL previous feedback from customers we shipped to previously. We spend almost more than the products itself on materials & shipping to ensure products make it safely to the customer. Though we cannot replace the product, we did offer to send a similar product with no response.
