  Item descriptions are not accurate! The seller listed this as new, when I received the puzzle, it was clearly used as the box had to be re-taped shut and some of the pieces were still together. Would not recommend this seller because it looks like I am not the only person this has happened to.

  Seller adverstised with pictures in box as new. Sent used batteries and chargers instead. I contacted seller before buying to make sure they were new and avoid this but got no response. Seller claims that it was a “mistake” in the description and the new ones in box were supposed to have a different price.

  Puzzle not “factory sealed” as listed it in the description. It was used and was re-taped with scotch tape. While building the puzzle, there were multiple missing and damaged pieces. Also, there was dirt and hairs inside the puzzle box. Attempted to contact seller by messaging the seller numerous times and they will not respond, so I was forced to leave feedback as eBay kept asking me over and over to give feedback on my purchase.
