AC units cancled w/ in moments of placing the order, Bot DC in lue.
We made a mistake & ordered these AC units. We needed DC. So we immediately canceled the AC order. So far, we like Midnite. There is a toss up by some installers we have spoke with, if these types of things really work. We changed the order to 12 DC MIDNITEs & will be installing them thru-out our systems as we go. If they DO work we feel Midnite is a better quality as similar priced units.

Good seller ok phone
The hand sets not compatible (not even have mounting clip holes) to work w/ various belt clips we have from older units. Time will not hold it's setting, unable to locate or see a ''do not use automated-atomic clock signals''. We set the time for 12;00, in a few moments to an hr it reads 75-min ahead of the actual time zone we are in. We set the hand set down, IVR's require we ''press buttons'' We need to use 2 hands. (1-hand to keep the handset from flipping, the other hand to press the buttons). Some older pan handsets had a stabilizer bar on the speaker side to decrease rolling & lift the spker portion away from the surface it's set on (sound gets muffled w/ o this spacer). Sound quality's is good (not great) as older Pan units were. Over all its a good phone, but it's lacking a few things. This review is for the PHONE, not the seller.
