Excellent Diet Book. I Lost 13 lbs in 14 Days
16 of 18 found this helpful This is an easy to follow diet. It has several phases, The first 9 days were the hardest, but then you can add more foods and finally desserts. I lost 13 lbs in the first 2 weeks. Thanks Dr. Ian Smith for a diet that can work without giving up everything. My family and friends went out and bought a copy.
