Purchased this as a factory refurbished model - at half retail price. As good as new. Does exactly as it says on the tin. Set-up was dead easy. Weighty instruction manual could be daunting for some but you only need the "get you started" bits to, well, get you started. Small issue was a couple of slightly sticky keys on remote. Called Panasonic service centre and a new one was delivered next day. No hesitation in recommending this item, whether brand new or refurbished.
