  Item arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging, BUT seller did promptly accept return and refunded me with no issues. If not for packaging error would have been very happy with product description and so forth. Hope this is a lesson learnt as would have liked to have rated higher.

  This item was unfortunately damaged in shipping, so I had to agree a return, but the seller was accommodating and professional. It's always unfortunate when something arrives in bad shape, but I'm glad when the seller promptly addresses the problem and everything ends up sorted out, which they did in this case :)
