Thrilled
1 of 1 found this helpful I got one other worX brand tool that is so heavy I van barely use it. However this trimmer is EVERYTHING I WAS HOPING FOR. ITS WONDERFUL. All the parts are here, battery works, POWER OMG!!! I seven have a warranty card! I am so happy!!!! Bless you!!!

Defective
This item had a large round blemish in the edge of the viewing field covering nearly one quarter. If I needed it for a life or death survival situation itd be better than nothing, but I expected something, that while maybe not up to standards, it should have at least worked!
