  The quality of the button seemed sub-par when it arrived. I reached out to the seller regarding this issue and he responded with a series of rude and insulting e-mails and a partial refund. These included calling me a “weirdo”, a “loser”, and telling me that I’m “full of sh1t”. This is the first time in years of using eBay that I have seen such childish and unprofessional behavior from a seller. I certainly won’t be purchasing anything from him again and would urge others to do likewise.

  I wish there were better harassment rules on Ebay. Even after refund, Jeff Massey continued to contact me over and over. Sad.There are always people who want things for free, but this person needs professional services.
