Guaranteed... chocked full of new FAVORITE ITALIAN recipes!
This cookbook is fantastic! It's loaded with many healthy and happy alternatives to meat and cheese laden Italian meals. The Pesto Rice and Vegan Parmesan Cheese recipes were winners on the first try! Now my family REQUESTS these dishes. And the Pesto Tomato Vegan Pizza... YUM... a fam-fav for PIZZA PARTIES. Some of the recipes are so easy to multiply... they work great for pot-lucks. I'm V*E*R*Y pleased that I ordered this cookbook. I would highly recommend it for anyone that is looking for healthy choices in Italian cuisine.
