Good quality replacement.
Brand new dont make any type of sound i think a made a good buy with this one.

Great Product

Great BOOK WITH ILUSTRATION AND PROGRAMS
Inmediatly i opened i like it how this book could help to make a program and have too much exercices that i didnt know have good tips about how to train i bought it for my girl but know i will take a few lesson for me too
Irecommend anyone who have doubts about how to train legs to buy this book its a great choice to learn.
