As for the Brvaoe “Easy” Wi-Fi Digital Picture Frame: All good except the app is terrible as is the customer service, or lack of service. Couldn’t send photos or videos to the frame from any device remotely. My wife doesn’t want it, but I’ll keep it because the USB works fine. Again, the seller is great! Thanks!

When I opened the box there were A LOT of pieces missing. I contacted the seller to return, their customer service was ABOVE & BEYOND! They went way out of their way to correct my purchase! Although I don’t have what I ordered, I could not be more thankful for their efforts to make it right!!
