Wow Then Wah!
I was knocked out by how nice this toilet seat looked. Nice hardware too. But after only 1 week the Oak veneer is starting to bubble on the seat. Apparently it is oak veneer. It is hard to see in the pic. About a quarter size bubble on the left below the mounting arm.

Nice Looking But Poor Design
The design problem with this dispenser is you have to refill it by removing the bottle underneath your sink. My previous one could just be pulled out from the top to refill. This dispenser sits at the back of your sink. So you have to crawl under the sink, unscrew the bottle, fill the bottle and then refill it. Total hassle. The quality is fine if you don't mind the refilling process.

Great Solution to Birds
I hate birds. Flying rats in my opinion. They nest under our front and back porch and make a real mess. But no more. Bought tow of these Owls and they scare the birds away. The trick is to move it occasionally so they do not get accustomed to it in one place. Nice quality and cool moving head.
