I reached out to the seller and they were super sweet, apologetic and offered to either send me a new cord or issue a partial refund. I left it up to them, whichever route is the easiest for them. I was just thankful they were kind enough to go out of their way to make a customer happy…which I am. I highly recommend this seller!

Fixed a dying Vita battery
Works perfectly!
For background: my Vita wouldn't turn on, and pressing the PS button only made it give one orange blink. Official PS support could only hint at what was wrong, and wanted at least $50 to send it in for the repair. Suspected that this was a battery problem, bought this battery, and after a 10 minute installation, the Vita was back to normal! It's been a couple weeks with a couple dozen hours play time, still running perfectly.
