Easy to use!
I am using this for soft tissue therapy at home. Had knee replacement surgery and this is the cream they use when I go to physical therapy. It loosens the soft tissue deep within when massaged into knee, also has helped with releasing the surgical scar tightness. A small amount goes along way so use sparingly. I highly recommend Free-Up.

Duma Key by Stephen King (2008)
Another great book by Stephen King. A must read. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. Don't want to put it down. Great ending.
