Honda 1973-74 Honda XL 250 gas /fuel/petrol tank used xl250

Best part of my 72 Honda XL250 rat bike

I was scrolling through ebay for a gas tank for my 1972 Honda XL250 bike and as soon as I saw this rusty old tank I had to have it, I instantly fell in love with it. Many would consider it an impulse buy but i regret nothing! As soon as it arrived I dusted it off and gave it 5 coats of gloss clear coat and now not only does it look like a piece of art but it brought my whole bike together and made it look ten times better!
