    2 out of 3 cards sent together were heavily damaged. I contacted seller & they refused to make it right. Most sellers will give a full refund on such a small amount if you contact them respectfully with photos. It's sad that my cards were sent out damaged & packed carelessly and I am still out all the money except shipping since I explained mailing back the damaged cards in 16 degree weather with no car,would be an ordeal with work. I even asked for a compromise of $2.80 refund instead of full

    Buyer requested a return, which was grated and shipping label paid for the return. Buyed refused to send items back. Partial refund was issued in good faith to return items, but still refused to send back.

    False, seller would not refund cards. I asked as a compromise to refund the 2 most heavily damaged cards and he refused to give the 5 dollar refund unless I wasted time and money to mail back the cards he sent damaged. It was not worth the hassle in the freezing cold without a car. Only gave a 1 dollar refund which didn't even cover shipping. Unwilling to compromise, unkind seller.
