Perfect-o!

Running in a PCI-E Graphics slot and found straightaway by Windows 7 and BIOS. No problems at all! Two extra HDs... First HD and DVD off motherboard so can boot off them! Not in RAID as I wanted!!!

An expensive card in its day!

Swapped out a PERC 6/i with the H700i and changed the Backplane Cables. This card supports drives that are 2 TB in size, and the R710 II has six bays. Works in RAID 5 with a battery, like the PERC 6/i but additionally I have a 1 GB cache.

Nice cheap PC upgrade...

Why have Core2Duo when you can have a Quad Core for a tenner? These are also 64 bit... Great for basic PC use and emulation. I have four PCs I have upgraded! :) Not upgraded a tv pc due to get hot... Been told they need good air flow.
