  Seller sent a rare $2250 mickey mantle figure unbubble wrapped in a box, so the mint figure arrived damaged. I asked the seller for a partial refund due to the damage ,he denied offering any partial refund.So he shipped poorly packaged, uninsured, sells damaged goods,then denies me money back for the damage he caused by packing poorly.
