  Had issue with delivery that was nothing to do with seller - was returned from selected petrol station for delivery, difficult to find out what happened. Seller resent to home address at cost to him even though eBay said he should be able to claim back costs - really appreciate seller doing this. Well packaged and as described - only issue was laptop was not fully unlocked, meaning couldn’t use laptop, but was able to sort out with seller quickly once pointed out. Laptop has been great since!
