  Received wrong item. Seller responded immediately, provided a return label. Seller in this case was fine but unfortunately this is happening too often on ebay. In most cases the sellers now are just middleman for Amazon & Walmart. They're mostly foreign & don't respond well to issues or not at all. For this reason, I am no longer using ebay to purchase brand new items.

  Item arrived before I thought it would. The product was appropriately packaged and there was no damage. The keycaps look like they do in the advertisement. You can tell where these keycaps were broken away from the plastic mold (see pic). This isn't a big problem for me because at this price, these keycaps are a value.
