A Waste of Time
2 of 4 found this helpful I bought a pair of these speakers because I blew one of my subs and I didn't want to different speakers. They claim 1200 watts RMS yet my American Audio PXW-18P Subs (800 watts RMS and 1000 watts peak) were too much for them to handle. First, the one speaker blew in a week playing my music at loud levels but not beyond it's claimed limits. Audio Savings did replace the speaker and I like them for that. The second speaker blew 3 days ago. I'm not asking for another replacement. Instead, I'll write this off as an experiment that I loss and spend the money for competition subs.

Will Work On Older 2.4L 12 Valve in Hardbody Pickup
The title says that it's for a 98 - 04 Frontier but it did work for my 1997 Hardbody 2.4L 12 valve. Safe to say that it will work for 1990 - 97 Hardbody. Went in with no problems. The only 2 things I didn't like were that it didn't have a red mark where TDC is supposed to be (which I found on AllData) and it doesn't have the small bolt holes for pulling the balancer off (which I made my own). Other than that, It worked perfect for me!!
