As Advertised, but you need to know your application. Beware of operating Voltage.
When fully charged, in this exact configuration of these batteries used with this charger, the batteries top out at 7.62V. Both batteries measured this exactly the same. After 2 charge / discharge cycles each.
I'm disappointed that this doesn't appear on a spec somewhere, or anywhere (I've searched the internet a lot , and I cant find it for these batteries). But, they were only $11 with the charger, so I don't feel ripped off - it was worth a try.
Personally, I would not call that a 9V battery, it's significantly lower initial voltage than an Alkaline or NiMH
In the devices I have used them in, that is acceptable, considering the discharge curve of these batteries at the power consumption I'm using. So, I expect to get reasonable battery life (and I did when I just used them).
But, honestly, I'm disappointed in the lower voltage - and that's because total energy == voltage x current (very simplified). So, Because they don't charge to at least something around 8.4V or so, which is what I was expecting, there definitely is less energy in the battery, which means lower runtime than one would expect.
For my application, it's ok. For yours, I don't know - you need to know the minimum operating voltage of your device. And, I feel that they should post this info so that folks will know.
If your device needs a higher operating voltage before shutting down, you should consider something else.
