Good if you know how to use it!
3 of 4 found this helpful I’ve only used this for biscuits and initially I was very annoyed that they weren’t coming out! After experimenting I’ve found it does make nice biscuits IF your biscuit dough is cold, you dispense them straight onto a metal baking tray (don’t use any baking parchment) and if a biscuit stays stuck to the disc, remove the dough with a knife then wipe the disc with a damp cloth. I keep a damp cloth close by to wipe it ever so often to allow the dough to come out and not get stuck. Also make sure to hold the gun to the tray when pressing the dough out. So far with this method I get mostly perfect biscuit shapes every time. To help keep the biscuit shape, put them in the fridge for 15-20 mins before baking. Not tried it for icing yet though anticipate needing to find a technique for that too.
Arrived quickly and well boxed.
