The lack of communication on this (either in the packaging, or in a note to me in advance, or respond to my ebay message) caused the lower communication rating. Otherwise all good.

Saved me tons of money
So my pump went out (again) and the septic service company wanted $200 to rebuild it. (I'm convinced it's a scam)
I'm super mechanically inclined so I thought I'd give it a shot myself. What's the worst that can happen really? It's already broken. So I ordered this kit and it's pretty legit stuff. Very nice quality...dare I say it looks OEM quality. Watched a quick Youtube video about taking this pump apart, but it's so simple I really didn't need to watch it.
I actually spent more time getting all the dead ants out of the pump than it took to do the rebuild. This kit was is super awesome and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this kit and do it yourself.
