  Terrible experience and I feel cheated.. first time I have had a negative e-bay purchase experience. Be aware that seller does not appear to be honest and sold me an defect product. The duvet cover arrived with holes in it. There are at least five holes in the duvet cover. I contacted the seller and she initially apologized but later informed me that she was not able to do anything and she would not accept a return. I paid $77 for a duvet cover with five holes. :-(( very disappointing!!

  This duvet cover was brand new with the manufacturer's inspection sticker. The diamond-shaped, clean-cut holes suggest damage may have occurred when the buyer opened the bubble-wrap envelope with a sharp object. The duvet also shows signs of fading, which is inconsistent with its new condition. I do not accept returns, especially when an item has been damaged after delivery. I take great care in describing my items and ensuring secure shipping. My positive feedback speaks for itself.
