No reset-No print!

After installing the cartridges, the brother printer had. “?” marks over each cartridge on the LCD screen. The printer wouldn’t print. These must be refilled cartridges which haven’t had a chip reset. Not sure how I’m going to get my money back on these. I ordered genuine brother cartridges and now my printer works fine again.
