unlike other replacement chips. This one is actually labeled Panasonic. I cannot say if its real or not but i can say it worked flawlessly. had a ps4 that was damaged by my tv in a lightning surge and was 50/50 this being the issue. but it definitely was and its back up and running. will say its a nightmare to solder properly but if you have the skills... it will work the picture with the chip installed was just after soldering and didn't have a chance to clean the board
