  After I paid for the item it was never shipped. I had to wait to file a report. When I did, he acknowledged that he never saw the order. He proceeded to continue to not ship the item OR refund me. This board was ordered over a month ago for a birthday gift. Today is the birthday I still have neither the board or my refund. Don’t buy from this guy, and eBay needs to do better at monitoring who is active and has previous reports of scamming people
