Just got this today
It is too early to name it a good value, but it looks good and fits great. It is low profile, which I like, and simple. The watch itself seems sturdy enough, with a rubber gasket inside of the back cover, which is tricky to get off. Just a heads up to you DIYers out there - Bend the band backwards to lift the catches and the plate will slide in/out with ease.
The only frustration so far were the instructions for setting the time. It talks about H's and M's... just ignore this. There are none, or there aren't on mine.
At any rate, it sets pretty much like a normal digital watch. Hold the mode til you notice a very faint flashing from the LEDs. It should start you on the top row (hours) so push it again to make the bottom row (minutes) flash. While on either row, while they are flashing, use the ADJ button (the only other button) to change the time.
And when I say faint flashing, I mean just that.

Ka-bar knives are among the best! Solid construction, great hand-feel and they start out SUPER sharp. I own about a dozen different styles and I have never been let down or disappointed.

Don't waste your money.
3 of 15 found this helpful Flimsy plastic, which might be okay if it all weren't blank. If you want these models to look anything like they do on the box, you will have to paint every square inch of them.
Some enjoy such tedium, but I do not.
