A Near Miss

I bought this product to play/talk with my friends on Xbox Live. It works great for solo missions, providing an immersive experience. However, my friends complained about my volume in the chat. I was always muffled or too quiet. I attempted to change setting on my end to no avail. Easiest option was to just use a cheaper, generic headset to talk with them. Since I purchased this item specifically with the idea of playing hours of FPS with them ... the purchase didn't quiet pan out for me. It's a good quality product, but it is just collecting dust.
