Good Dies for the money

Lyman dies work well for what they were designed for, cut my cost of shooting this beast by 70%.

Good brake/flash suppressor

I bought the first one for a .458 SOCOM. I like the handling of this muzzle brake so much. That I wanted to try it on my AR 9mm carbine. Well to make a long short it worked, recoil is next to nothing and muzzle flip is none. Plus it looks good on the end of the rifles. So yes I would recommend this brake/flash suppressor to a friend.
