Filters work as promised
The filters are great for the price. They are thin, though, so the color change isn't as much as I expected. Still, they work, and do fine for experimentation.

Bright, steady blinking red LEDs
They're red! They blink! And they're reasonably bright. I measure the forward voltage as 2.2v. With a 47 ohm resistor in series with a 2.8v battery (2 x Eneloops), I measure they consume between 5ma and 8ma of current. This is a little lower than I expected, but I presume that is because the LEDs have a duty cycle of 50% due to the flashing. The current will drop as the battery voltage goes down, of course.
Their description is accurate, and they are good LEDs if you require a self-flashing LED.

Basic battery holder, works well
These battery holders work well, and will fully enclose your batteries in a case with an on/off switch. Great for projects that need about 3.0v. The case can be locked with a screw, but screws are not included. It stays closed pretty well without screwing it shut, so they aren't really needed. It's basic, but it works. Quality is okay.
