Ingersoll Rand pneumatic pencil grinder
At my machining job, we use pneumatic pencil grinders everyday with EVERYTHING we do. So for finished parts that need to be pencil ground, we need high quality pencil grinders to get the job not just done but done right. So everyone usually buys top of the line pencil grinders like Dotco or Dynabrade. Don’t get me wrong, Ingersoll Rand is definitely up there as well. I’ve used this pencil Grinder for about a week now and it definitely holds up. This pencil Grinder does hold its own weight just as good as the Dotco I own with precision as well as smooth grinding. The only thing I wish I knew was that this pencil grinder does not have 1/4” NPT threads. It actually is a 1/8” 27 NPT so if you do buy this, make sure to get a reducer bushing for it as well. Other than that I love it.
